Dear Bastrop Massage… 

I just want to say thank you!  Each time I get a massage I realize how essential they are for my health! I am a cancer survivor of ten years this December 19th! By the grace of Jesus Christ!

I was a once-a-week customer for a few years and then was unable to continue to come as I was assisting my husband in his health issues. My body suffered! I am new trying to phase back into every other week at least. It is so important that, at age 50, I take good care of the body I have.  I have learned that massage, minimal exercise, and lots of water really do “Do The Body Good!”

I race motorcycles and about 4 years ago was run over by a fellow (female) racer and without the excellent handiwork of Bastrop Massage, I would have had to have surgery. It took several months of 30 minute to 1 hour sessions, but today those areas are in perfect shape!

I have recommended massage to many of my friends that have muscles and joints that are causing pain, and after a few sessions they come to me to say ‘thank you.’

I wanted to thank you for providing such a valuable service. When I asked about insomnia and anxiety we decided to at least try a session. The results were so profound. I was feeling weepy even as we were speaking and was willing to try anything. 

The treatment was so soothing I felt as if I had drifted into a different zone. When the session was over I felt well rested. I drank my tea and went home and after dinner slept for 8 HOURS!!! The sleep that I got was restful. 

The sessions got further and further apart and I went to feeling that I could get an occasional good night’s sleep to having the occasional bout with insomnia for which I come in as needed now. The Anxiety ... well when you are well rested that went to a once in a while as well.

I am an athlete who was told I needed to be getting regular deep tissue massage treatments if I wanted to achieve my best performances on the track. I was skeptical at first, but I found your agency on the net and made an appointment. I cannot believe the difference in how I felt after that first massage, and how much better my performance on the track was the next day! I have had problems with plantar fasciitis for about two years now, and the pain was almost gone the next morning when I woke up! I am a big believer in your foot reflexology treatments from here on out. I plan to keep coming regularly to increase my performances on the track and to continue to reduce injuries and soreness from my workouts. I am glad I listened to my fellow athletes and gave you a try!
